4. Software License

When you purchase or download our software, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it according to the selected plan.

  • You may not resell, share, redistribute, or copy our software as your own.
  • You may not share license keys with unauthorized users.

5. Updates & Compatibility

Active licenses may include updates, bug fixes, security improvements, and new features. We try to maintain compatibility with WordPress, WooCommerce, and major third-party tools, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, server, or custom setup.

6. Subscriptions & Renewals

Some products and services may be sold as monthly, yearly, or recurring subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Support Services

Support may include installation guidance, configuration help, bug reporting, plugin-related troubleshooting, and general technical assistance.

Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin fixes, server administration, or full website redesign unless purchased separately.

8. No Fix, No Pay Services

For eligible support services, AIOWORK may offer a “No Fix, No Pay” model. Eligibility depends on the issue type and will be confirmed before work begins.

9. Custom Development

Custom development work starts only after requirements, pricing, and scope are confirmed. Any additional changes outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.

10. Payments

All payments must be made through approved payment methods. Prices may be listed in different currencies and may exclude applicable taxes, gateway fees, or service charges.

11. Refund Policy

Digital products are generally non-refundable after download or activation. Refunds may be considered if a verified technical issue cannot be resolved by our team.

Custom development, completed services, consultation, and support work are non-refundable.

12. License Suspension

We may suspend or revoke licenses if there is misuse, fraud, payment dispute, unauthorized sharing, abuse of support, or violation of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, design, branding, logos, documentation, content, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of AIOWORK unless clearly stated otherwise.

AIOWORK shall not be liable for indirect losses, data loss, revenue loss, business interruption, or damages caused by misuse, third-party conflicts, hosting issues, or unsupported modifications.

18. Termination

We may terminate access to products, services, accounts, or licenses if these Terms are violated.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
