1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible software subscriptions and plugin purchases.
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
- The product does not function as advertised.
- Our support team is unable to resolve a verified technical issue.
- The product is incompatible with a standard WordPress or WooCommerce installation and no solution can be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Website troubleshooting and issue fixing.
- Technical support services.
- WordPress support packages.
- WooCommerce support services.
- Emergency website repair services.
- Custom development work.
- Plugin customization services.
- Website migration services.
- Installation and configuration services.
- Consultation and advisory services.
- Completed “No Fix No Pay” support work.
Once work has been started, delivered, completed, or the issue has been resolved, no refund will be provided.
3. Subscription Renewals
Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions.
Refund requests for automatic renewals may be considered only if submitted within 7 days of the renewal date and no substantial use of the service has occurred.
4. License Violations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- A license key has been shared, abused, or redistributed.
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- A payment dispute or chargeback has been initiated.
- The product has been substantially used beyond evaluation purposes.
5. Custom Development Projects
Custom development services are non-refundable once project work has started.
Any milestone, consultation, design, coding, testing, integration, or deployment work completed by AIOWORK is considered delivered professional service and is not eligible for refund.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider and banking institution.
